I Live To See You Shine...

Lorna and Jamie are truly some of the nicest, best people you could ever hope to meet. We met them at the very beginning of our STUDIO 1208 days, at the first (of only two ever) wedding fayre we did. Immediately, Nick and I knew we were going to be friends with them, even if they didn't end up booking us. We both had kids named Jackson, after all - well, ours is human, and theirs is a dog, but... Thankfully, we got both - a great friendship with some amazing people AND the opportunity to tell their beautiful love story.

I can't tell you how great they are separately, but together, they are perfect - they truly do live to see each other shine. Here is their story...

So I Could Be Free...

Alex and Lisa are so perfect for each other - you can just tell that they have such a good time together, and that they truly do complete one another. I loved getting to know them, and finding out how they met, got together and maybe the best one, got engaged! They are awesome, and here is their coming soon wedding film!

You Always Make Me Smile....

Richard and Sally are just supposed to be together.

They are just one of those couples that when you meet, you can't actually imagine one without the other. Despite perfectly fitting together like a 1000 piece jigsaw, they each have their own incredible personalities too. Richie Flash (his alter ego) brings the all out fun and craziness, with a touch of cheek added in - while Sally has the most caring nature ever, and we are guessing the greatest levels of patience EVER to put up with Mr. Flash....

You Make Me Want To Feel...

Marika and Anto got married in the beautiful "lost land in the middle of the sea", Sicily. A truly International wedding, it was not only a marriage of cultures, but a complete melting pot, as their guests were from all over the world. It's truly amazing when you get to see two families, groups of friends, and cultures meet and come together to celebrate the love of two people...I absolutely love to experience it - so much magic. The whole wedding was magical. The location, the food, the people, and of course, the traditional wedding kimono and that stunning Reem Acra dress! Watching Marika's grandmother put her in that kimono was one of the most beautiful, special things I have ever witnessed.

Weddings are so many things. They are fun, emotional, stressful, and pass by far too quickly. It is so easy to get caught up in the little things and stress of a wedding day, but when it all boils down to it, the most important thing is love.

We are so lucky in our job to get to tell stories about people's love. Here is Marika and Anto's...

Our House...

When Louise and Oli were looking for a home, they were searching for a place that would be a great party house with a huge garden to entertain all their friends and family. They found this is in Lilac House - a gorgeous property with plenty of room to have a wedding that resembled a music festival... with wellies, games, food, music and teepees. On top of being one of the most fun weddings ever, it was also to die for chic, with details coming out of the wood work!
