All Of My Days....

A few weeks ago, we showed you Ashley and Sophie's coming soon film  and it is finally time to show you the whole thing. On a cold winters day at Yaxley Hall, in Eye, these two tied the knot in a beautiful candle lit ceremony before turning the whole place into a Vegas style casino and gambling the night away! Again, we must make mention that Sophie actually hand designed and made that incredible, beautiful wedding dress herself (no big deal!). There were tears, laughter and just SO much love between these two and they even got to share a kiss under the mistletoe! Ladies and Gents we give you, Ashley and Sophie.....

This Is The Rhythm Of My Life....

Craig and Danielle got married in our home county of Cheshire, which is becoming a rarity for us these days! Christmas weddings are often a tough time, it's dark early, and more often than not, the white snow scattered day you hope for is more gloomy, windy and cold! But on a gorgeous, crisp country morning, after a beautiful ceremony at their local church, Craig and Danielle headed to Vale Royal Abbey and even got the sun to shine for them. It was a perfect setting for a relationship which has been growing on and off for nearly 10 years. A spur of the moment holiday invite by Danielle finally saw them realize what they had both been thinking for all that time... that they were perfect for each other. A holiday in the sun and a few glasses of whiskey later - the rest is history. Talking of history, (thanks to Fred the MC for this!) their beautiful wedding is actually the joining of two of the most historically important names in the South Cheshire, Broughton and Evans. We just can't wait for these two to start writing their own story together. Check out their wedding film trailer and keep your eye out for some dodgy cowboy hats and even dodgier dance moves...

Can You Feel It?

Ashley and Sophie met in a pub, which is a story we can relate to, seeing as that is how Maria and I met! It's amazing how love can find you in the most normal of places. In fact, I think it sometimes makes that moment even more special, seeing that person come into a room and light it up like a shining light against a plain old backdrop. These two are so in love and understated, the second they catch each other's eye, you can really feel their connection. Sophie is also an incredible designer, and that BEAUTIFUL wedding dress you see she is wearing... yep, that's all her. She may have been burning the candle at both ends to get the thing finished in time for the wedding, but it was totally worth it! Ooooh, Sometimes I Get A Good Feeling

This is our follow up to Adam + Amy's winter wedding. A first for us, we cut a "party film", which included highlights from their fun dance party. We also added some stills, which in this case, added so much to the visual storyline. Interesting thing about adding this new "party film" into the mix...it gives people who either don't want a full video, or can't afford one, the chance to have another keepsake of their day. So much great stuff happens during the party, and sometimes, people don't actually remeber much of it...can't imagine why???

Something for the Weekend!

We recently shot Adam + Amy's wedding in the English countryside. It was freezing, being December, and an early start, considering it goes dark at 3pm in December! We had such a great time with these guys - their families and friends are so amazing. Speaking of amazing, Amy's mom made all of the bridesmaid dresses...yes, you heard me right, MADE them, fabulously. She also made tons of the beautiful details you will see cleverly and thoughtfully placed throughout the wedding. I think she gets the MVP for this wedding!

It turned out so beautifully, and even though we fought the elements, the light and some camera shyness (ahem...you know who you are..lol), we got some beautiful images of the day. Thank you guys so much for letting us be a part of your day, it was an honor.
