We finally get to show the full film of the new Mr. and Mrs. Kushi. Sorry for the delay everyone, but we have been traveling on a fun filled 14 hour flight with an 18 month old! (who needs sleep anyway?)
So I write this blog from the sunshine of LA, and it seems a million miles away from Walton, Yorkshire. The truth is though, Katie and Jan's wedding had every inch of Hollywood glamour, and I am not just talking about the 'famous faces' masks!
As I touched on before these two have a beautiful love story, befitting of any silver screen. They already had a wonderful connection to their venue, The Yorkshire Sculpture Park, with Jan being a fantastic sculptor himself, and some very important memories were forged here for Katie. Proud dad, Stuart's tales of 'The Wind In The Willows' to his baby girls all those years ago have come full circle, and really make this a personal wedding.
Jan's out look on life is so incredible, he really does follow his own path and is a laugh a minute. (No wonder Katie fell for that charm!) Their love is one that just fit so perfectly together, and I hope they are still floating from their big day!
So without further delay.... Lets all float on, ok!

Sit Down Next To Me...
So, if you did not get your fill from the 'Fake That' boys.... here, finally, in all its glory, is Craig and Sam's fantastic wedding film. There were funny messages (from Steve Holland, coach of Chelsea no less) planned first dances and even an impromptu gig from one of Craig's work colleagues! He belted out classic's such as 'Wonderwall' and 'American Pie' but the biggest cheer of the night was for James' - 'Sit Down'. As the fireworks flashed and lit up the night sky, surrounded by cheering family and friends, Craig and Sam stood hand in hand taking in their first night as husband and wife. A perfect end to a perfect day. So grab a cuppa (or a rather large glass of champagne if you are Craig!) And sit down next to me.....

Feel The Love...
This is a beautiful love story of a talented seamstress and a fantastic sculptor. Despite living down in the 'big smoke' of London, Jan and Katie had staged their wonderful wedding at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, near Katie's home village of Walton.. It could not of been a more perfect venue, with not only a nod to Jan's profession, but also a place with huge childhood memories for Katie and her sister. Her parents used to take them there for 'extreme' picnics in the winter, and at home later, all wrapped up in bed, her dad would read to them from 'The Wind in the Willows', relating it all to the 'wild wood' of the park.
These two were a laugh a minute and just so in love. Trying to film and photograph Jan was almost impossible (as he never EVER stands still!). To amplify that fact, their first dance was to the killer drum and bass track 'Feel The Love' (ft. John Newman) by Rudimental!
So my most soulful singing voice "You know I said its true, I can feel the love, can you feel it too?"

A Love Like This...
Sara and Jon got married on a not-so-sunny day in July, but you should know that spirits weren't dampened by the heavy rain. Infact, the rain ended up bringing the party together all night, with the exception of a cheeky cigarette here and there. This party was (as we call it in America) a rager - everyone dancing, singing and...drinking. So much fun, so many memories made, and we think we caught almost everyone in the act!

Congratulations to Sara and Jon - we wish you the best and a long, happy life together!
A huge thanks goes to my second shooter, Matt Agan who killed it. Thanks so much!
