You Bring Me To Life...

Oh my Lord. Susie and V-Dog. What can I say?! We were lucky enough to met these two little charmers at another wedding in 2014, where Susie was a bridesmaid, a very ill bridesmaid. She was a champion though, and although she was yellow in colour, she was still beautiful and amazing. We became fast friends and when she got in touch with us to shoot her own wedding, I was soon happy! Fast forward to the VdB's (VandenBergh) wedding day, and all systems were go. Best people, best day, best party, best drunken dance buddies AND Susie looked like a Disney princess, so I think we can call this a success!

Here is their film trailer, and of course, the best is yet to come, so stay tuned!

I'm On Your Magical Mystery Ride...

Louise and Bradley's gorgeous outdoor Norfolk wedding at Chaucer Barn. Photo by STUDIO 1208

Who said work romances were a bad idea? Who said long distance relationships don't work? If ever there was a couple who proved all the stereotypes wrong, it is Bradley and Louise!

Their relationship really does go to show, when you meet THAT person you will travel to the ends of the Earth to be with them (literally!). When Louise went to Australia for a year at the very early stages of their relationship, it could have easily all fizzled out, but Brad was determined that this was for real, and followed her out there just two weeks before she was due home. They experienced the world, and grew together, making the basis of the super loving and very fun relationship which they now enjoy.

So let's get to it...complete with stories about Facebook stalking and even its own Garage MC (Brad's brother), welcome to Brad and Louise's full wedding film!

Just You And I...

I am not afraid to admit that I was literally fighting back tears editing both of Ruben and Jess's films! These two have the most honest love I think I have ever seen. They absolutely adore each other, and their family and friends are just as close. Their wedding was at the beautiful Hales Hall Barn in Norfolk and there were tears, laughs and mostly a lot of love.

So I don't want you to wait any longer! Here is Ruben and Jess's trailer...

Calling Me Home...

I love it SO much when a couple just has fun together. For us, it’s something that gets us through the hard parts of a relationship on a day to day basis. The fact that you have that one person that you can look at… and your mouth corners turn up just a little. Sometimes they don’t have to say anything, sometimes they might just look at you or do a silly dance. The thing is, it doesn’t actually matter what they do, only that it is them doing it.

That is exactly what I see when I look at Bradley and Louise. They don’t take themselves or life too seriously, but the fun and the bond they have is amazing. Their early relationship survived Louise living in Australia but having met Brad before she left, there was always something calling her home. When you add all that to a dreamy outdoor ceremony, a ton of great friends and family and a couple of Garage MC’s…. What do you have?

A damn. good. time.

Best Film Ever...

Wedding days are amazing - filled full of tears, laughter, joy and lots of fun with friends and family. It truly sends you on an emotional roller coaster and we get to witness and capture that almost weekly. We go right through it with you all, and for us it's awesome. Every wedding different, and every time a different set of feelings!

Because it is SO intense and the adrenaline is pumping, it’s super hard for the couple to be totally present in the moment all day and enjoy every minute. That's why it is so amazing that we help put the pieces back together for you afterwards! Honestly though, I have never seen two people do it better than Lindsey and Matt. Wow! They literally smiled the whole time. Like, beamed from ear to ear. They were so happy, and just got lost in the magic of the day together. It was perfect.

So, cue music, the awe inspiring Kimberly Hall, a ton of raucous sing-a-long’s (mainly by Matt to One Direction) and then escape to a beautiful field in Norfolk filled with the brightest yellow flowers you have ever seen. This really made for a beautiful day. So let’s live while we are young, I won’t give you the story of my life because this film is irresistible and we are going to do this right now…. *wink, wink*
Here is Matt and Lindsey’s full wedding film.
Enjoy!

Let's Dance All Night...

Lindsey and Matt are such a cool couple - they compliment each other perfectly, and it was so fun to be around them. During their wedding, they were giddy like little kids, so excited, and bubbling over with love for each other.

They had an amazing wedding, with some great weather and probably one of the best wedding bands ever! Here is their wedding film trailer…

Ho, Hey...

If you saw their wedding film trailer, you would know that Katie and Jonny are pretty rad - you would know that they met working at Restaurant Gordon Ramsey. Her, as personal assistant to the chef, and him as a sous chef. You would know that they love adventure, and you would also know that they planned an amazing weekend for all their nearest and dearest with a menu that did nothing less than amaze.

What you might not know is that their friends and family made a music video for them to The Lumineers "Ho, Hey", which had everyone lip-syncing the song to them, which was played at the party. It was pretty special, and it just goes to show how great these two are. Their friends and family rallied around them with special touches and lent their expertise to help make this wedding weekend incredibly memorable, absolutely perfect, and quintessentially Katie and Jonny.

Running Down To The Riptide....

Sometimes, a wedding is way more than just an 'event' that happens. It is a milestone that all previous roads have led to. It is the culmination of hundreds of fragments of chance, decisions that were made or not made and the glue that binds it is a core of incredible people. The centre of which, in this case, is Jonny and Katie. The passion and comradery at this wedding, from all sides, was simply amazing and saw friends, family and co workers all joined together to create something that was simply beautiful.

The already breathtaking Chaucer Barn was looking literally magical, thanks to the dressing and floral skills of Lizzie Powell from Early Hours LTD. The thought into the details were out of this world. Oh yeah, and as a chef at Restaurant Gordan Ramsey in London, groom Jonny almost single handedly prepared what can only be described as one of THE BEST wedding food and dinner service's I have ever seen!

Add to this a fresh early morning after 'mass walk' down to the beach (which was glorious in January!) - and you can maybe see where the magic starts to unfold. I don't want to give away anymore... but hopefully, the trailer will make certain you come back for the full thing. It's epic.

So, here are Jonny and Katie, running down to the riptide....

All Of My Days....

A few weeks ago, we showed you Ashley and Sophie's coming soon film  and it is finally time to show you the whole thing. On a cold winters day at Yaxley Hall, in Eye, these two tied the knot in a beautiful candle lit ceremony before turning the whole place into a Vegas style casino and gambling the night away! Again, we must make mention that Sophie actually hand designed and made that incredible, beautiful wedding dress herself (no big deal!). There were tears, laughter and just SO much love between these two and they even got to share a kiss under the mistletoe! Ladies and Gents we give you, Ashley and Sophie.....

Can You Feel It?

Ashley and Sophie met in a pub, which is a story we can relate to, seeing as that is how Maria and I met! It's amazing how love can find you in the most normal of places. In fact, I think it sometimes makes that moment even more special, seeing that person come into a room and light it up like a shining light against a plain old backdrop. These two are so in love and understated, the second they catch each other's eye, you can really feel their connection. Sophie is also an incredible designer, and that BEAUTIFUL wedding dress you see she is wearing... yep, that's all her. She may have been burning the candle at both ends to get the thing finished in time for the wedding, but it was totally worth it! Here is their wedding film trailer, look out for the full film coming very soon!

And as always, great to work with our girl, Katherine Ashdown!

See you in six years.....

So with all the lovely summer weather (ahem) we have had recently, it seems fitting for us to travel back in time to the beautiful sunny day we had in Sheringham, Norfolk with Tabitha and James. These two are a perfect couple, a great match and very very funny. Apparently, James tells us they are going to break up in about 6 years, just so they can get back together do it all over again?! Is it weird that I hope this really happens?

So if you enjoyed their pinwheel covered house party at Chaucer Barn, then here comes the full film. With added musical delights from the amazing busker band 'dumbfoundus love', a few tears and lots of rude words.... ladies and gents I give you:

James + Tabitha's amazeballs wedding film!

F**k me! Im Famous!

Ok, so that might seem a pretty inappropriate title for a blog post.  Especially for a wedding. But then, as the bride Tabitha pointed out in her inpromptu speech, when has she EVER been appropriate?!  Plus, she was actually on Deal or no Deal and WON! which by default, therefore makes her famous. So I am going to go with that title, which may have been used by David Guetta... but more than likely, first said by Tab.

James and Tabitha are simply awesome.  They got married by the sea in Sheringham, Norfolk and then hired Chaucer Barn for what was essentially an amazeballs house party for all their nearest and dearest. It was a house party that was painstakingly put together by creating over a thousand different coloured pinwheels I might add, but none the less, a house party you wish you had been invited to.

So here is your first extended invite, James + Tabitha's wedding trailer.......
